You’ll also have immediate access to onsite, fully equipped rehabilitation services.
The special touches at Colonial Oaks Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, such as our landscaped yard and patio with a fountain, Koi pond, and putting green, and our lovely living room with columns, coffered ceiling, and a large freshwater fish aquarium, make it a nice spot to relax with family and a great place to make new friends.
Rooms
We design our comfortable guest rooms to be more like what you might find at home. Residents enjoy either private or semi-private suites with attached bathrooms. Each room is equipped with comfortable, attractive furnishings, telephone service, and a flat screen TV with cable. Complimentary resident WiFi services are coming soon.

Guests at Colonial Oaks Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation enjoy hearty down-home favorites including meatloaf, catfish, and pot roast, prepared daily by our on-site chef. We also offer special dietary accommodations to meet any needs.
