Dear Family Members,

We hope that this correspondence finds you healthy.  Fighting the spread of the COVID-19 virus is our number one priority and has been since day one of the outbreak.  We have followed the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) each day as this global pandemic has progressed.  Our company has worked tirelessly to secure personal protective equipment (PPE) and continues to replenish supplies to give our staff the equipment needed to minimize exposure to the virus and provide quality care to our residents in a safe environment.

Today our facility is reporting that we do have active resident COVID cases in our facility. If an employee has reported that they have the virus, we are following the CDC recommendations regarding Return to Work Guidelines.  If your family has the virus, the facility has contacted you directly.  We are daily taking steps to monitor the health of our residents and employees. We will isolate residents as needed for safety and prevention against the virus in our established Isolation Unit.   The “NO VISITORS AT THIS TIME” policy is still in effect until at least the end of May per our Local and Federal Government officials.  We would like to remind you that we do have a visitation station and are happy to assist with FaceTime calls so that you can visit with your loved ones.  Please contact us to schedule a visitation time or for additional information.

Our staff continues to be vigilant in meeting all CMS and CDC recommended guidelines to battle the coronavirus.  We are thankful for our caring employees that continue to dedicate themselves to their essential job.  We ask for your continued support and patience at this time.  We are praying for your continued health and ask that you pray for our community as we continue to fight for the well-being of your loved ones.
